Memberships, Class Packages & Services
All payments for memberships, personal training, or class packages are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Monthly and annual memberships
- Class credits or unlimited plans
- Personal training or coaching sessions
- Special offers, discounts, or promotional rates
We encourage you to explore our studio, schedule, and services before committing. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Pro Shop / Retail Items
All pro shop and retail sales are final. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Supplements, drinks, or consumable products
- Opened or used items
- Apparel
We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items due to hygiene and safety reasons.
If a product is defective or damaged upon purchase, please contact us within 7 days with your original receipt, and we will arrange a replacement if applicable.
