This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the rules and standards for using the Barbella Gym website, mobile app, services, and facilities (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP.

1. General Conduct

You agree to use the Services lawfully, respectfully, and responsibly. You must not:

Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

When using Barbella Gym’s physical locations:

Follow all posted rules and staff instructions.
Treat equipment, staff, and fellow members with respect.
Refrain from misuse or damage of gym property.
Wear appropriate attire and maintain good hygiene.
No filming or photography without prior consent.

5. User Content

If you submit or upload content:

It must not be unlawful, offensive, abusive, defamatory, or inappropriate.
You grant Barbella Gym a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content to provide and promote the Services.
We reserve the right to remove or restrict any content that violates this AUP or is deemed harmful or inappropriate.

6. Security and System Integrity

You may not:

Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or damage our platform, services, or systems.
Use automated tools (bots, crawlers, etc.) to access the Services.
Attempt reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any aspect of the Service.

7. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services if:

You breach this AUP.
Your behavior poses a security risk or legal liability.
We are required to do so by law or by law enforcement.
